Location : Primary Care office on Transit Rd. in Depew, NY
Position Type : Full-time, First Shift
Essential Duties of an LPN Supervisor of Clinical Services :
- Coordinate and implement training and support to all new and existing staff on all office procedures relating to the department.
- Prioritize daily assignments / tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor and make changes as necessary in accordance with Practice Manager.
- Communicate with staff about changes to provider schedules, patient appointments, and issues that affect office operation.
- Monitor staff performance and provide education, training, tools, and support necessary to perform duties.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to work through staff and office issues and assess when situations need escalation to the Practice Manager.
- Monitor daily call wait times and address as necessary.
- Prepare and conduct team meetings regularly.
- Coordinate monthly department schedule, distribute to the staff, and manage the staff time and attendance function, including approving timecards and paid time off requests.
- Work with the Practice Manager to address employee performance and corrective action issues.
- Write and administer annual performance evaluations in conjunction with the Practice Manager.
- Participate in the interview process of candidates in conjunction with the Practice Manager.
- Conduct first-level triage and investigation of patient complaints and route to Practice Manager.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to provide a positive patient experience across the organization.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
