General Placement Service is actively recruiting for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager for a large insurance agency in Pittsburgh. This is a hybrid remote/in-office position.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Daily correspondence with clients and producers
- Policy maintenance; processing endorsements, issuing certificates, binders and invoices
- Policy reviews and renewal proposals
- Cross-selling and up-selling current customers
- Documenting all activities in agency management system
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License
