Training Information
- Top Notch Paid Training – Learn what it takes to be successful in collections & be one of the best in the financial industry!
- Collectors will be in training on-line Monday, 10/11 - Friday, 10/22, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST.
- Equipment will be shipped to your home address prior to training class.
Responsibilities
- Must have 2-3 Years collections experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service (inbound/outbound calling)
- Educate & motivate customers through the collections process & available payment options
- Establish rapport with customers & discuss sensitive financial solutions
Qualifications
- Professional communication, persuasion & outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to perform data entry using multiple computer databases
- High integrity and result-oriented work ethic
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic data-entry, keyboarding skills.
- Customer Service or Sales Experience
- Must be able to pass a background check

Pay: up to $15.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations: GRC follows the CDC & Federal/State guidelines for social distancing and will remain six (6) feet apart while working. We provide proper PPE - facial masks, & hand sanitizer throughout the building. We also have a cleaning crew that cleans and sanitize three (3) times per day.
Experience
Preferred- 4 year(s): Collection Service Representative: I interact with members on a daily basis. This is a high volume in-bound / outbound call center. I respond to and resolve member questions, issues, and/ or complaints they might have while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
