As an Assistant Service Manager, youll be an integral part of our successful Service Department. Your job is to cultivate relationships with employees and customers alike to ensure a positive service experience. As a member of the management team, youll have a voice in the development and day-to-day operations of the department.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading the service operations and service employees under limited supervision by the Service Manager.
- Training service employees to operate at optimal efficiency.
- Dispatching work orders to technicians.
- Identify and provide solution for issues to avoid escalation.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks in order to manage a high volume service department.
- Interviewing and selecting Service personnel at the store level.
- Ensure Service division is running smoothly and working in conjunction with Parts and Sales.
- Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
