Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Performing data entry quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Respond to store manager requests timely.
- Transfer paper files into digital document management system.
- Other duties as requested by management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior office or related professional experience is highly desired.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel a plus (VlookUp, Data Set extraction/filter, Pivot Table).
- Must possess strong typing skills and be able to type a minimum 40 words per minute.
- Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reliable and strong work ethicProfessional appearance is a must.
