Service Manager
Candidate will work independently and as part of a team to oversee all aspects of the service department. Position will be responsible for the following functions:
- Scheduling and communicating with clients regarding inbound service requests.
- This includes creating service work orders in Sedona office
- Scheduling the work orders with clients and technicians
- Review and close service work orders once completed by field technicians
- Assist in material procurement process for service tickets
- Maintain warehouse inventory and reconcile inventory on a quarterly basis
- Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and remote programming changes
- Honeywell, Bosch, Alarm.com, Brivo, Alarmnet, Starlink, DSC, DSX, Napco
- Ability to make remote programming changes when needed for customers
- Review daily central station reports for trouble and late to test signals
- Communicate with clients to resolve reported issues and schedule service
- Special projects as assigned by management team
Qualifications
- Experience in installing and servicing Security Alarm systems, including CCTV, Access control, Fire alarm
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and computer hardware related to security systems, 5 years of technical experience in the commercial security and fire alarm industry
- Supervisory and leadership skills
- Experience leading and managing technical teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge in Sedona office is a plus
- Positive attitude

- Effective communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,843.00 - $84,831.00 per year
