Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Alarm Technician at our New Jersey branch located in Roselle, NJ. As an Alarm Technician you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and service of burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV and Access Control systems ensuring life safety standards are met and providing exceptional customer service. We have a need for skilled technicians with a minimum of 3 years experience. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill level. We offer a great working environment with a long term experienced staff in place.

Qualifications

• Experience with Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access Control such as Honeywell, Bosch, DSC, Napco, Alarm.com, Alarmnet, Firelite, Silent Knight, Brivo, DSX, Eagle Eye and Avigilon.
• Basic network skills
• Knowledge of NFPA standards, NFPA 72 inspections forms and record of completion a plus
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Technician will be part of an on-call rotation with overtime compensation
• Must have a valid Driver's License and access to off street parking
