Responsibilities :
- Meet and greet prospective residents and show them available apartments that meet their needs
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the apartment homes and community amenities.
- Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective residents
- Process rental applications, verify credit and income information, and document lease agreements
- Work collaboratively with the property management team to develop strategies to meet occupancy goals
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the company and generate interest in available apartments
- Assist current residents with lease renewals and provide ongoing customer service and support
