Job Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
- Repair and / or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
- Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
