JOB TITLE: Grader
DEPARTMENT: Packaging
LOCATION: Muskogee, OK

Red River Brick is the premiere brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S. Drawing its name from the Red River of the South, Red River Brick includes eight production sites across key brick markets in Texas and Oklahoma, with more than 70 unique residential and commercial design offerings distributed through eight direct retail centers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be accountable
- Arrive to work on time
- Must be able to work their assigned schedule with no interruptions
- Unload brick from a kiln car and load into a jig
- Work together as a group to complete the set number of cars per each shift
- Clean up the area at the end of the shift
- Assist in stocking the area of essential working items as necessary, other assigned duties
EDUCATION:
- High school
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Block or Brick laying
- Mechanical skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work in a team
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to work safely and efficiently
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team
