Position Overview
As the Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and branding initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will oversee content marketing, social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising , while also collaborating with sales teams to support business objectives.
This role is on-site in Houston, TX , requiring strong leadership, hands-on execution, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials that support business development efforts.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Track key marketing KPIs , analyze performance, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Content & Social Media Marketing
Advertising & Lead Generation
Event & Trade Show Marketing
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5 years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, and brand management.
Experience in signage, printing, or trade show display marketing is highly preferred.
Strong background in digital marketing , including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
Experience managing creative assets , including design, photography, and video content.
Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns at once.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Must have an official work permit to work in the U.S.
