What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document File Clerk position at General Technologies, Inc.?
We currently have an immediate opening for a Document File Clerk to assist us with our Accounting team.
The Document File Clerk is responsible for assisting the Accounting department with sorting, scanning, and filing accounting invoices.
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Perform clerical duties associated with accounts payable
- Sort invoices received
- Scan and upload invoices into designated digital folders
- File accounting documents accordingly
- Remain in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Answer phone calls when needed
- Special projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
