Duties:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the designated sales territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to showcase company products and services.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals by effectively selling our products to a diverse customer base.
- Keep detailed records of leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.
- Stay informed about competitors' offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure new business and retain existing customers.
Requirements:
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making abilities and judgment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership qualities to drive sales initiatives.

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday schedule covering sales territories in Lapine, Oakridge, Klamath Falls, Coos Bay, and Southern Oregon.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required based on reporting location (Redding or Springfield).
- Home every evening during the workweek.
