Role Overview
As an Executive Project Coordinator at Generali Global Assistance | Travel Insurance, you will be responsible for leading the iCompass program portfolio. This involves planning and overseeing project activities, developing and delivering progress reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure aligned project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and oversee the tracking of project activities within the iCompass program portfolio
• Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations for global weekly and monthly programs, Steering Committees, CIO Alignment, Sponsors Alignment, and Management Committees
• Monitor and track budget utilization, and provide regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual reviews)
• Collaborate with the legal and procurement teams to negotiate, review, and manage contracts
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and resolve any related issues in coordination with relevant departments
Requirements
• 5 to 8 years work experience in a project management or related capacity, financial controlling and contract management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities?
• Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills?
• Proven track record in managing budgets and analyzing financial data
• Strong understanding of contract management principles
• Ability to work collaboratively across finance, legal, business & operational teams to ensure aligned project outcomes
• Technically competent with various software programs including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a similar degree is required.
