iCompass Program Overview
The iCompass program is a strategic digital transformation initiative aimed at reshaping Europ-Assistance's Insurance Business Line. As an Executive Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading the program portfolio, planning and overseeing project activities, and developing and delivering progress reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and oversee the tracking of project activities within the iCompass program portfolio
• Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations for global weekly and monthly programs, Steering Committees, CIO Alignment, Sponsors Alignment, and Management Committees
• Monitor and track budget utilization, and provide regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual reviews)
• Collaborate with the legal and procurement teams to negotiate, review, and manage contracts
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and resolve any related issues in coordination with relevant departments
Requirements
• 5 to 8 years work experience in a project management or related capacity, financial controlling and contract management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities?
• Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills?
• Proven track record in managing budgets and analyzing financial data
• Strong understanding of contract management principles
• Ability to work collaboratively across finance, legal, business & operational teams to ensure aligned project outcomes
• Technically competent with various software programs including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
