Leadership Role:
The Senior Project Manager will be a key member of the Program Management Lead Team, responsible for driving the success of the iCompass program. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Develop and implement project plans to meet business objectives
- Monitor and track budget utilization, and provide regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews)
- Collaborate with the legal and procurement teams to negotiate, review, and manage contracts
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and resolve any related issues in coordination with relevant departments
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in project management or related field
- Proven track record in managing budgets and analyzing financial data
- Strong understanding of contract management principles
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills
- Able to work collaboratively across finance, legal, business, and operational teams
- Technical competence with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
