What you’ll be doing.
Job Summary :
The Product Implementation Specialist’s primary responsibility will be to ensure the technical setup and reporting of Generali Global Assistance’s portfolio of travel insurance programs within the long and short-term product goals. This position is responsible for assisting the evolution of Generali Global Assistance’s product line life cycle including new product concept testing, implementation, and expiration. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Where you’ll be doing it.
This is a hybrid role based out of our San Diego office. As a hybrid role, you will be working onsite 2-3 days a week and working from home 2-3 days a week.
When you’ll be doing it.
While there is some flexibility in the hours, this position will be Monday-Friday during regular business hours (approximately 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm). Occasional overtime may be required according to business need.
