We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. Generals’ Quarters is a small boutique hotel restaurant & bar that serves both the guests and the community.
We are a young restaurant, opened less than 1 year ago, and have steadily gain momentum each week.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Oversee food presentation to ensure it meets quality standards
- Manage food costs by minimizing waste and controlling portion sizes
