Job Summary: The Machining Equipment Specialist is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of facility equipment, including process machinery and building infrastructure. This role requires requisition of repair and maintenance parts, scheduling and implementing maintenance work, and repairs. Additionally, the Machining Equipment Specialist must be knowledgeable in operation, maintenance, and repair of CNC and general production machinery.

- CNC Machine Maintenance and repair
- Performs routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper performance
- Schedules machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Updates production schedule with maintenance performed
- Coordinates with outside repair vendors
- Maintains and inventories repair parts
- Ensures proper oil levels in machines
- Repairs and corrects machine leaks
- Troubleshoots production machines and facility equipment problems
- Promotes and maintains a safe working environment
- Suggests process improvements and equipment purchases
- Must be able to perform the job with minimal supervision
- Perform other assignments as required
- Complies with and promotes Company Quality and Safety Policies and Strategic Business Objectives
