Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Director at GenerateHope. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's programs for sex trafficking victims, ensuring their successful reintegration into society. The day-to-day tasks include program development, staff management, and collaboration with community partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in program development and management
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and services for survivors of trafficking
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
