Seeking EXPERIENCED Automotive Service Department Manager to oversee all aspects of service department for our growing auto dealership. Manager is responsible for all Operations within the Automotive Shop and for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Fast paced work environment with competitive pay.
Responsibilities
- Organize workflow to deliver quality work efficiently and timely
- Hire, schedule, motivate and reward technicians
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate effectively with customers about needed automotive maintenance and repairs
- Contribute to the training and development of technicians
- Enforce adherence with all safety standards and environmental laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills in service and repair
- Management experience required.
- Must have good technical aptitude or experience as technician
- Valid Driver's license
