In this role, you will be our clients' face in the local community, responsible for engaging with potential customers, driving revenue opportunities, and spreading awareness of their cause.
Customer Outreach Representative Responsibilities : Maintain knowledge of our nonprofit client's brands, their outreach goals, and initiatives Plan and run presentations with the goal of driving revenue and increasing brand awareness Provide excellent customer service to every potential donor Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through onsite events Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere Support all Customer Outreach Representative and Customer Management team members Identify trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory Customer Outreach Representative Qualifications : Great communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in customer service, customer outreach, retail, sales, donor enrollment, or other related fields Self-motivated, determined, and confident Ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations with confidence Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Local travel is required #Li-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
