We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize findings to support ongoing product development.
- Design and implement experiments or studies related to electromagnetism and student mental health.
- Analyze data using statistical software and present findings in clear, concise reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop research strategies and objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in relevant fields to inform research practices.
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders, summarizing research outcomes and implications.
- Maintain organized records of research activities, methodologies, and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as physics or engineering; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Experience or coursework in engineering and/or developmental psychology is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and presentation of findings.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
