We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our product offerings, managing inventory, and effectively communicating with customers. This role will work with our sales, product, and supply chain teams. Your ability to negotiate and build relationships will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for the Generation Faraday movement.
Duties
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and market positioning to effectively communicate with customers.
- Engage in cold calling to generate leads and establish new customer relationships.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively.
- Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels.
- Collaborate with customers to promote products and enhance visibility in the market.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory status.
- Utilize phone etiquette to provide exceptional customer service during all communications.
- Assist in market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
Experience
- Previous experience in a sales or product specialist role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this position.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
