The Director of Nursing (RN) will have oversight of the hospital's nursing department and day-to-day oversight of program policies, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Bachelor's of Health Administration from an accredited college or university required OR Associates degree with Experience in Leadership required. Master of Science in Nursing or a Masters of Health Administration preferred.
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in acute psychiatric, mental health, medical-surgical, or emergency department settings required.
- Experience in Nursing required.
- Previous experience in addiction or psychiatric care highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, State, and CMS requirements
