A 100% outpatient setting with a full team of support, as well as training and continuing education/training for all providers. Serving senior citizens & those underserved areas to improve lives, Improving healthy behaviors. No nights or weekends, great work life balance.
-Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
