Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning and maintenance of public areas.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
