The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful retail sales experiences, as well as exceptional customer service skills. They will work to foster client loyalty and truly be an ambassador for Generation Love at our flagship boutique.

Role Description
KEY HOLDER -MADISON AVENUE
General
· Provide clients with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations.
· Build a solid client base by outstanding service and proper after-sales follow-up for each client.
· Achieve personal and store sales goals.
· Assist with daily opening and closing of the store tasks.
· Partner with stock team members to ensure the stockroom is organized and is set up properly so all staff can easily access merchandise.
· Communicate the stock needs to buyer to make sure the bestselling product is always available.
· Assist Store Director in overseeing day-to-day operations of store.
· Work towards balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising and staff management.
· Maintain great interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with staff, corporate partners, and clients.
· Ensure that Customer requests, needs, and feedback are appropriately handled.
· Support, follow and reinforce store operations, and provide feedback on any updates /changes that might become necessary.
· Follow all Company policies and procedures implemented.
· Keep perfect attendance.
· Assume the role of a Brand Ambassador and always be on brand.
Store Maintenance
· Oversee daily cleaning and physical up-keep of the inside and outside the store.
· Fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies: maintain highest standards in the functioning, presentation, and maintenance of store property.
· Ensure proper levels of supplies are always on hand.
Store Visuals
· Communicate information related to visual standards received from corporate and store management as needed. Execute the VM directives in partnership with Store Director in a timely manner.
· Assist with implementation of visual display and merchandising as directed / set by Visual Merchandiser and Management.
Stock/Operations and Loss Prevention
· Ensure all operational and stock related tasks are executed in a timely manner.
· Maintain a visible presence on the main sales floor as much as possible.
