What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychotherapist position at Generational Cycle's LLC?
Generational Cycle’s LLC provides Family, Individual, and Couples Therapy. Generational Cycle’s is seeking full/ part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and/or Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to provide psychotherapy services to families, adolescents and adults. Although, fully licensed providers are preferred, we will accept interns and in-training therapist working towards full licensure (APSW, LPC-IT) with applicable clinical experience. Special consideration will be given to candidates who also offer clinical specializations in addition to treating children (trauma, older adults, couples, AODA, etc).
Candidates must have:
- WI State Licensure as LCSW, APSW, MFT, LPC, and LPC-IT
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience
- Experience evaluating/treating families, adolescents, adults and couples
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Excellent communication & collaboration skill
- Willing to work in-home and in community Generational Cycle provides a team approach within a comfortable environment. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Offer crisis intervention and support for patients dealing with PTSD and other mental health challenges.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical research to enhance therapeutic techniques.
