">We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team, working closely with our residents to provide compassionate care. Shifts are available in 1st and 2nd shifts, with a shift differential for 2nd shift workers.

Eligibility Requirements
">To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
">- Hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois
- Have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or valid exemption
- Hold a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Be CPR certified
- Have knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH, and HFS regulations
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Display compassion, tolerance, and understanding of older adults
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude
