Description
- NEW Base rate is $19 per hour;
- Waive full-time insurance benefit and keep your PTO or waive part-time PTO and start at $21/hour.
- $22 per hour with no benefits for full-time
- $2/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR 2nd AND 3RD SHIFTS
Full-Time Benefits include various voluntary health insurance options, as well as voluntary life, dental, vision and disability insurance; 401k plan; Teledoc if you take health insurance. We offer paid vacation, sick and holidays for full-time and pro-rated for part-time CNAs.

Requirements
of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois - NO WAIVERS ACCEPTED
- Must have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or bone fide religious or medical exemption
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- CPR Certified
- Must have knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations as related to job duties
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
- Must conduct themselves with professionalism, and have a positive attitude
