Up to $24ph* Applicable Shift Differentials
Available Positions:
FT/PT** PM shift 3p-11p - $22-$24 per hour Applicable Shift Differentials
FT/PT** AM Shift 7a-3p - $22-$24 per hour Applicable Shift Differentials
Shift Differentials:
~ Weekends, $1.00ph for all shifts
~ M-F, 3pm-11pm - $.75ph
~ M-F, 11p-7a - $2.00ph

Requirements
of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - MUST BE CURRENT Per IDPH Registry
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations
• Basic computer skills
• Personable and professional
• Must maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
