Every Weekend, Afternoon Shift (11a-7p) - $50 per hour!

Responsibilities of the Nurse Supervisor (RN)
- Lead clinical team during shift, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Assist with scheduling LPNs and RNs
- Interface with staff and other team members
- Assist with admissions
- Ensure that necessary updates, reports and audits are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with nursing and government policies and procedures
- Inform patients' family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions
- Provide psychological and emotional support to patients and their family and friends
Requirements
of the Nurse Supervisor (RN):
- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the State of Illinois
- At least three years’ nursing experience
- Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing facility
- Supervisory or charge experience, preferably in a SNF
- Nursing experience in a long term care skilled facility
- Strong documentation and auditing capabilities
- Leadership and relationship building skills
- Compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
