Generations at Regency in Niles, Illinois, has an Immediate Opening for a Compassionate, Restorative CNA. This is a Full Time, Days Position: Monday - Friday, 9:00a - 5:30p, and Every Other Weekend
*Experience with Geriatric Restorative Care Required*

Generations at Regency is a premier skilled nursing community in Niles, Illinois, on the banks of the Chicago River. We have a reputation for outstanding quality care and successful rehabilitation outcomes. We offer a home-like setting plus concierge-level service and amenities for seniors needing long-term care or short-term rehabilitation.
Responsibilities of the Restorative CNA:
- Facilitate rehabilitative/restorative procedures as planned and directed by Restorative Nurse
- Duties include assisting residents with exercises, ambulation, positioning, transfer training and application of assistive devices and special programs
- ADLS
- Document residents' performance and progress, keeping Restorative Nurse apprised of any significant changes
- Attend weekly department meetings
Requirements
of the Restorative CNA:
- CNA Certification in the State of Illinois
- Minimum 2 years' CNA experience
- Competency in rehabilitative and restorative care required
- Completion of Rehabilitation Nursing course preferred
- Must speak, read and write English
- Fluency in Polish a big plus
- Must be compassionate, tolerant and understanding of older adults
