Full Time/Part Time AMs 7a-3p, up to $41.40 ph** Must Work Every Other Weekend
Full Time/Part Time NOC 11p-7a, up to $41.40 ph** Must Work Every Other Weekend
And Get Paid F A S T! ~ With On Demand Pay! (Certain conditions apply)
**$41.40 is Full Time, 'No Benefits' pay rate of $39 ph $5,000 Sign on Bonus, paid at $2.40 ph. Actual rate depends on benefits selected.

Requirements
of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
- Dementia training huge plus
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
