RESTORATIVE NURSE (RN/LPN)- Full-Time, Day Shift - Generations Rock Island, Illinois

This is a Full-Time, Monday through Friday Opportunity with an 8-hour Day Shift.

Salary is between $72k - $85k per year depending on credentials.

NOTE: All management level nurses rotate call one week a month. Bonus for On-Call week plus you are paid hourly for any work on the floor outside of your normal work hours.

Responsibilities of the Restorative Nurse:

• Assist with rehabilitation and maintenance of residents' life skills
• Manage falls and create restorative programs for residents
• Work with Restorative CNA to help our residents achieve their highest level of functioning
• Maintain resident documentation, records and charts to ensure an accurate, up-to-date account of the residents' medical treatments
• Reports to Director of Nursing

Requirements:

Restorative Nurse:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), license from the State of Illinois
• Restorative Nursing Certification preferred
• Experience in a long-term care preferred
• Knowledge of laws and regulations in terms of long-term care preferred
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
