Position: Executive Assistant to CEO
Job Summary & Requirements:
· Compensation based on experience
· Full-time position
The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO, providing executive support to the CEO. This position serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external for staff and visitors, may work independently on projects from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure when needed and to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Position Qualifications:
· Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO is a MUST
· Medical Staff and Physician Credentialing is a MUST
· Healthcare experience a plus
· Associate degree or higher preferred
Key Responsibilities/Job Accountabilities include:
Scheduling of executive meetings and record meeting minutes.
· Schedules meetings, conference calls, interviews.
· Coordinates and schedules planning events.
· Researches and prepares data for departmental reports.
· Build relationships with medical staff; Process medical staff applications and perform all privileging and/or credentialing functions.
· Maintain and apply current knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Additional Skills/Qualifications include:
· Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
· Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
· Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
