About Generations Behavioral Health

Generations Behavioral Health is expanding its outpatient behavioral health practice and looking for a clinical supervisor to join our team. Clinical supervisors have the opportunity to utilize their clinical skills and participate in program development as we expand our teams and services.

Currently, Generations is providing services to adults, but our plan is to expand care across the generations and serve all age ranges. If you answer yes to any of these questions, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Make an Impact: Provide individual and group supervision that support clinicians to provide high quality, ethical care for their clients.
• Be a Leader: Drive the development of new therapeutic programs, supporting innovative change and ensuring our services evolve to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Foster Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic leadership team and clinicians, partnering to create a supportive, cohesive environment that promotes both staff and client success.
• Share ideas, strategies, and maybe a laugh or two!

What We’re Looking For

• A licensed clinical supervisor (LISW-S, LPCC-S, or equivalent) with a strong commitment to both personal and professional growth in the mental health field.

• A collaborative leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment, enjoys brainstorming innovative treatment approaches, and inspires others to excel.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
