What You Will Do
About Generations Carpet Cleaning
We are a third generation, family owned and operated carpet cleaning business. Our company has been built on providing exceptional service and meticulous workmanship learned through generations of carpet cleaning.
We are a small company looking for hard-working, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy individuals to grow with us as we continue expanding the company.
NO SOLICITING
- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Schedule jobs and assign them to the appropriate technician
- Route optimization
- Generate quotes
- Respectfully communicate with clients, technicians, and other departments within Generations
- Lead morning meetings
- Maintain accurate account and billing information
- Review checklists for accuracy and scan them into the bookkeeper
- Maintain company calendar
- Schedule equipment drop off and pick ups
- Enter call log data at the end of each day
- Process payments
- Manage accounts receivables for both commercial and residential accounts
- Manage social media accounts and generate content
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) or more years of office administration experience required
- One (1) or more years of experience in customer service is required
- One (1) or more years’ experience with route optimization is a plus
