Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative and bookkeeping support.
Duties
- Assist with general bookkeeping via QuickBooks
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Manage phone calls with professionalism and adhere to proper phone etiquette
- Support office management by coordinating schedules and appointments
- Greet sales floor customers and assist as need
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle order entry and inventory tasks as needed for sales floor
Spanish fluency is preferred, but not required
Qualifications
- Moderate to Proficient in the use of QuickBooks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
