Tuesday and Thursday
9 am to 5 pm
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to elderly individuals with care in their homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their mental well-being.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of client care activities.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health status.
- Clean living areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding any changes in client conditions.
- Support clients in engaging in social activities and community involvement.
Qualifications
- Experience working with elderly clients
- Previous caregiving experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is beneficial.
- Ability to perform basic cooking tasks while adhering to dietary guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining medical records.
