What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Generations Home Care?
The administrative assistant is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for those who call and enter the office. The duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Filing and organization
- Customer service and communication
- Assisting other staff members
- Compiling and forwarding messages for additional staff
- Computer access
- Emailing and follow-up
- Office cleaning
- Employee recognition
- Social media posts
- On-call
This position requires on-call rotation 1 night/weekly and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every 4-5 weeks.
Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative/receptionist position and will be asked to provide references for work.
Pay for this position will be between $20-22/hour depending on experience.
