Job Summary :
The Scheduler at Generations Home Care is a vital member of our healthcare team and is responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules of our clients in Spokane, Washington. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the desire to be a problem solver and compassion for the elderly and those in need of care. The scheduler will report to the Care Manager and will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our clients.
Compensation & Benefits :
The Care Coordinator position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24 to $28 per hour, paid semimonthly. Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule care services for clients based on their individual needs and preferences
- Work closely with the Care Manager to ensure clients are satisfied with their schedule and care team
- Communicate regularly with caregivers
- Maintain accurate records of caregiver availability and desired hours
- Collaborate with agency care managers on a daily and weekly basis regarding client requests
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on staffing needs
- Handle any caregiver concerns or issues promptly and professionally
