What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Direct Support Professional position at Generations Home Care?
We are currently looking to hire a Lead direct care employee to our company. This is a part-time position, scheduled 24 hours a week including an every other weekend rotation. The primary scheduled hours for this position are day hours.
**This position includes call-in coverage, and staffing schedule coordination** Candidate must be available to work full-time hours and have flexibility to work evenings and overnights, as well as their scheduled part-time day shifts.
We are looking for a Leader who can operate according to the values and mission of Generations.
Duties will include but are not limited to: Direct client care, call-in coverage, staffing schedule coordination, client appointments, administrative duties, and more.
Requirements:
Applicants must be 18 years old
Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check
Applicants must have previous direct care experience
Applicants must have flexibility to work a variety of hours
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
