Pay: $30.00-$35.00/hr. (hourly)

Requirements
- Valid New Jersey LPN license
- CPR/Basic Life Support certification
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable car
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and provide skilled nursing care
- Monitor and assess changes in clients’ condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure that the highest quality comprehensive care is being provided
- Educate clients and their families about options for healthcare management
- Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation of nursing care provided
