The Health Services Director at Paradise Village ensures the delivery of exceptional care services to residents in the Assisted Living and / or Memory Care community. The Health Services Director leads the care team in developing resident care plans and monitoring residents to ensure that changing care needs are met. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Monitors policies and procedures, public relations, and employee morale. Incorporate the Generation's mission, vision, and values into their daily work and interactions with others.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
