What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Nutrition Manager/ Certified Dietary Manager position at Generations of Red Bay?
Generations of Red Bay, a long-term care and rehabilitation facility, is looking for a Clinical Nutrition Manager/Certified Dietary Manager. This position can be either a LPN, RN, or CDM. This position is accountable for the clinical nutritional charting in residents medical record in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures and as may be directed by the Administrator.
The CNM/CDM is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out the assigned duties.
This is a full time position.
