What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Driver, full-time & part-time position at Generations?
The Community Driver at Fairfield Village transports residents to/from off-site activities such as shopping, doctor appointments, scenic drives, or other off-site events. The Community Driver ensures regular cleaning, maintenance, and daily inspection of community vehicles and complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday between 8 am and 4:30 pm
- Full-time and Part-time 4-8 Hour Shifts, 20-40 hours per week
- Must have flexible weekend and holiday availability for on-call
Requirements:
- Must have a Valid driver's license.
- Two or more years of experience driving other, customer service, facility maintenance, or other related fields.
- CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient
