What are the responsibilities and job description for the Culinary Services Coordinator position at Generations?
The Culinary Services Coordinator at Wheatland Village is responsible for providing a total quality dining experience for our residents. This includes a thorough understanding of our menu and daily specials, proper serving guidelines, cleanliness expectations, and special diets. They ensure an efficient workflow for our waitstaff and promote a culture of service excellence. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values in their daily work and interactions with others.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in both restaurant and/or senior living is highly desired.
- Supervisory experience is highly desired
- Experience coordinating events.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient.
Schedule:
- Full-time working Thursday - Monday, 10:30 am to 8 pm, or Saturday and Sunday 6 am to 2:30 pm
- 8-Hour Shifts
- Must have weekend availability
