What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spiritual Leader position at Generations?
The Spiritual Leader or Chaplain at Paradise Village provides spiritual counseling, guidance, and support to residents, families, and staff members by arranging and performing various spiritual services and interactions to meet their needs.

Wages: Starting at $25.00/hour and negotiable based on experience
Schedule:
- 24-28 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Requirements:
- One (1) year experience as a Chaplain or Spiritual Care Coordinator in a health care institution preferred.
- Experience in issues of grief, loss, and dying preferred.
- Conduct or arrange for Friday evening Song and Praise every week.
- Conduct a Saturday service every week.
- Conduct a Sunday service every week.
- Be an active member of the Vitality Department as requested by the Vitality Director.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Foster and promote relationships between community churches, pastors, spiritual leaders, residents, and staff.
- Compassionate and patient.
